ABOUT ME

My name is Marta and I’m a Copenhagen-based psychotherapist in training and a yoga teacher. I’m currently training to become a psychotherapist at Psykoterapeutisk Institut, and I’m a 200h Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. I believe in the power of connection to others and to one’s authentic self. I work holistically with three pillars, where the inner world, the surroundings, and the body are interconnected.
